How do I make payments?
After your deposit, we email you a secure payment link unique to your order. Open it any time to pay any amount toward your balance - there's no set schedule.
Is there any interest or fee?
No. Layaway is completely free - you pay the item's listed price, nothing more.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 5 days of placing your deposit you can cancel for a full refund, no questions asked. After 5 days, payments become non-refundable.
What if I can't finish paying?
If your balance isn't paid within 60 days, the order is cancelled and payments are forfeited. If you're close or need a little help, email us at contact@collectoredit.com before your deadline - we're happy to talk.
When does my order ship?
Within 1-2 business days after your final payment clears.
