Refund policy

 

Effective March 2026

At Collector Edit, every piece in our inventory is carefully curated and authenticated. We want you to shop with confidence, and our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

 

Return Eligibility Returns must be requested within 5 days of the delivery date by emailing contact@collectoredit.com. To be eligible for return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received, with all original accessories included (dust bag, box, lock, keys, authenticity cards, etc.)
  • Original Collector Edit tag must remain attached and unremoved
  • Item must not show any signs of use, wear, or alteration after receipt

The following are not eligible for return: international orders, jewelry, items marked as final sale, and items purchased and picked up in person.

Refunds All approved returns are issued as store credit only. Original shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees All returns are subject to the following restocking fees:

  • Items under $500: $25
  • Items $500–$5,000: $50
  • Items over $5,000: $100
  • Orders cancelled before shipment: 3% processing fee

Return Shipping The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment for the full purchase value. Collector Edit is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Return Process Email contact@collectoredit.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Store Credit Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 10 business days.

Pre-Owned Items All Collector Edit inventory consists of pre-owned luxury pieces. We provide detailed photos and condition notes for every item. Flaws visible in product photography are considered disclosed and do not constitute misrepresentation. If you believe you received an inauthentic or significantly misrepresented item, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will resolve it promptly.

Authenticity Guarantee Every item sold by Collector Edit has been reviewed for authenticity prior to listing. We stand behind what we sell.
