Is the membership fee really just a cost?
No — that’s the point. Your $39 each month is added to your store credit balance to spend on any piece. Think of it as banking toward your next find, with perks on top.
What is the 2% bonus, and what does “forfeitable” mean?
On top of your banked credit we add a 2% bonus. If you cancel, any unused bonus is forfeited, but the credit you paid in remains yours to spend.
When does my credit expire?
Store credit is valid for 18–24 months from when it’s issued, so there’s plenty of time to find the right piece.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There’s no commitment — cancel whenever you like and keep the credit you’ve paid in.
