Shipping policy

At Collector Edit, we take great care in packaging and shipping every piece in our inventory. Each order is handled with the attention it deserves.
Order Processing & Verification To protect our customers and ensure secure transactions, all orders are subject to payment verification before shipment. Once your payment is verified and approved you will receive a confirmation notification and your order will be prepared for shipment. We work diligently to complete this process as quickly as possible without compromising security.
Domestic Shipping (United States) All orders shipped within the contiguous United States include complimentary insured shipping. Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after verification and processing. Signature may be required upon delivery for high-value orders.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@collectoredit.com and we will investigate promptly.
International Shipping International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $75. Orders typically arrive within 5-20 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Please note that international orders are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.
Package Returns & Reshipping If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or any other reason not attributed to Collector Edit error, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. We will provide a quote for reshipping charges and your order will be reshipped upon payment confirmation.
Insurance & Loss All domestic shipments are fully insured. In the rare event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us immediately at contact@collectoredit.com so we can open a claim on your behalf.
Packaging Every item is carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. High-value pieces are shipped in discreet, secure packaging with no external branding indicating the contents.
