The opening is a completely open type with no clasps or zippers. There is one open pocket on the outside and one on the inside. Shoulder length is 110 cm (43.31 in) Yes, crossbody is possible to some extent. Casual can be carried by anyone regardless of age or gender. The condition is B rank, with scuffs and fuzzing on the surface due to use, and the strap has some wrinkles and creases.
